World Famous Chicken Enchiladas

I think the picture says it all, Les really loves them...I don't think they're all that...but he sure does! He picked some chicken up with mexican marinade and I sauteed it with corn, cheese, green chiles, and enchilada sauce. Roll it all up on whole wheat tortillas and you've got enchiladas. I always make homeade pico de gallo to accompany it and that's my favorite part.
