Buttermilk Pancakes

Sheri bought me some dry buttermilk mix because a) you never know when you're going to need buttermilk and b) she knew I'd never buy it myself.

Right on the front of the package is a recipe for buttermilk pancakes, very simple...I even followed the instructions.....including making only 4" pancakes instead of the monster pancakes I usually make that take up the entire bottom of whatever pan I'm using!
