Parmegiana Marsala
I brought two of my favorites together for dinner:) I used turkey cutlets coated them with flour, egg,bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese. I lightly fried them in some olive oil until brown then added a can of diced tomatoes. Once that reduced a bit, I added some Marsala wine and veggies. Served over a small portion of whole wheat pasta and the summer corn cob and carrots. Was good for me and must've been for Les too because he cleaned his plate as usual:)
