We finally got to the grocery store and stocked up on all of the yummy things that Clyde Wilson suggested we feed ourselves. Clyde is with Sports Medicine Institute in Palo Alto and Les and I had a nutrition consultation done last week. I knew that I was feeding us good things (mostly!), but the problem was timing of our meals and caloric pacing. We learned good things and have been making a very good effort to change some bad habits. Thankfully I don't have to banish ice cream from my life, just not have it AND other bad things during the day:)
PW had really nice looking fruits and veggies, so we stocked up. They also have Living Basil and I put it in a deep mug and plan on using it a lot this week.
