Les said the crust was too rich with butter but he ate all the filling. I thought I may have oversalted the filling but loved the crust!
I probably won't make anything like this again. It goes completely against my grain to take more than a few steps when cooking. I don't like the idea of having to wait for crusts to set up....food should wait for me, not the other way around:P
Anyway, it was filled with garlic, onions, corn, mushrooms, and canadian bacon. I topped it with tomatoes, goat cheese, and chives.

I'm really patient when it comes to cooking. In fact, the more steps and the more complicated the recipe, the more I tend to enjoy it because it's more rewarding.
I liked the buttery crust too. I don't remember mine having mushrooms, canadian bacon, etc.... :)
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm looks yummy!!
It's totally gorgeous! I was very proud of myself.
