Tilapia Tostada
It was so hot today on my bike ride today. Amazingly and stupidly hot I'm tellin' ya. The only thing that was getting me through it was by trying to figure out what I'm going to do with the tilapia I have in the fridge.
Whatever it was, it had to be fast and not require much effort....Tostadas always fit that bill.

I'm not a fan of tilapia. I probably haven't found the right way to cook it yet.
Duh, it was way to hot for the bike Saturday, even early! I was sweating buckets as I stood outside hosing off the grill. No way I was going to go suffer. You are so much more hard core than me. :)
