Wasabi Pea Crusted Halibut

Yum. Nice mellow fish flavor and a delicious crispy outside made with wasabi peas and panko bread crumbs (just realized why panko is so yummy.....they have honey in them). I steamed some cauliflower and bulgar wheat with a creamed mushroom sauce. Les didn't go for the bulgar wheat at all....I know it's good for me so could get past the aweful look of it and eat it anyway:D

I think you just need to find the right bulgur recipe. I absolutely love it.

You're right, I was in a hurry and just needed to throw something in it. Any recipes on Pork Cracklins?
