Oh so absolutely gorgeous! Cooking Light again:) Seasoned chicken thighs, carrots, yellow squash, onions, and tomatoes. The recipe called for ketchup, but I am trying to cut out on all that crap in my diet so used a small can of v8 instead. I served this with brown rice and baked sweet potato "chips". Success.

I don't see what's wrong with ketchup.
Sugar is wrong with ketchup. I want to avoid as much as I possibly can. I get enough sugar from other things I eat.
Isn't there ketchup with less sugar? Whole Foods?
