Christmas Dinner 2005

Keith, Mom and my neice Raquel spent Christmas evening with us. Les made dinner and it was scrumdidliumptious! He made us a spicy mustard crusted roast beast, roast potatoes and bacon-wrapped sausages, parnips and yams. I made the obligatory green bean casserole only because I was craving it.

I am so happy when the family is here and the hubby cooks, so I got a double bonus for Christmas:)

Mom made pumpking tartlets and I made a fruit tart with citrus cream cheese filling.

It really was a yummy dinner. And thank goodness my mom and neice stayed the night because they ate all of my leftovers the next day!

Now I just need to get rid off all these damn cookies:D
