For those of you that missed the news, here's a recap. Yesterday morning I was walking around the house barefoot (normal) and stepped onto a carpet nail which proceeded to rip a hole in the bottom of my foot!
Local anesthetic (ouch!!!), four stiches and a tetanus shot later this is what I've been reduced to: hobbling. Not even limping. I've been hobbling around for the past two days and I'm getting a little sick of it. I can't do any walking, running, swimming, biking or anything else that I love to do and I can feel myself getting wider as I sit here on the couch.
